i have the right to decline a commission if i am uncomfortable

turnover time: a week to a month. may take longer

deadlines can have an additional fee but it starts at $15

small revisions is unlimited, free of charge; major revisions +$5

no refunds can be made once i start the drawing. if i am unable to meet the deadline then a refund is possible.
